Currently, we only offer deliveries to the UK. All delivery charges on PicnicShop.co.uk, including our ‘free standard delivery over £50’ offer only cover the UK mainland. If you require a delivery outside mainland UK please contact us.

In the event that you receive an order and then decide you no longer want it, please contact us and return it within 7 working days, starting from the first working day after you receive the good, and we will give you a full refund within the next 30 days.

Likewise, if you receive an order that is faulty, we will be happy to give you a full refund or send out a replacement, if you return the item within 7 working days from receipt of the good."
